Booking with Accessible Package Holidays

Please read carefully: These terms constitute an understanding and agreement between you and Accessible Package Holidays. Your booking, once accepted and confirmed through email by one of the Accessible Package Holidays team represents a contract between all persons named on the booking invoice and Accessible Package Holidays.

Where Accessible Package Holidays is acting as an agent for a third party service provider, bookings will be subject to the service provider’s conditions.

Price and Payment

We endeavour to make sure the prices on the website are accurate. However these prices are subject to change and third-party service providers may change their pricing structures at any time.

When payment is made, you will receive confirmation of your reservation as well as all necessary information. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received by Accessible Package Holidays and you receive confirmation. Your reservation will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received by Accessible Package Holidays by the due date.

Please review and verify your booking invoice thoroughly and contact your Travel Agent or Accessible Package Holidays immediately if your invoice appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes later. We cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified of inaccuracies within 5 days of sending out the invoice. In the case of billing errors, Accessible Package Holidays reserves the right to re-invoice you with correct pricing.

Where a deposit has been paid for a reservation, final payment is due 45 days prior to commencement of services. If final payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled and your full deposit will be retained by Accessible Package Holidays . Payment in full is required at time of booking if it is made within 45 days of the service commencing.

If we do not receive full payment for the service before the due date, we cannot guarantee the requested dates will still be available and reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.

All monies paid to Accessible Package Holidays are non-refundable; issues such as charge-backs and refunds cannot be put into action by Accessible Package Holidays once the service has been completed.

If the credit card used for payment does not match the name of the service user we may require further evidence before booking will be accepted, to safeguard against fraudulent activities.

Alterations

If you wish to make an alteration to your booking Accessible Package Holidays must be notified in writing. If insufficient notice is given Accessible Package Holidays cannot guarantee that your preferred alteration will be available. Any alteration to your original plans may also incur a further booking charge.

We reserve the right to make any alteration to your booking if necessary and we will inform you at the earliest opportunity. If an unavoidable major change to an advertised service occurs, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

Complaints

In the unlikely event that you have experienced any problems and feel it necessary to complain, you should, at the time the complaint occurs report the matter to a representative of Accessible Package Holidays. We will do our best to resolve the matter with the service provider.

Accessible Package Holidays cannot assume responsibility for matters beyond our control and services given by third-party service providers.

Travelling

Some tours may involve third-party terms and conditions. While every effort has been made to ensure everybody has a safe and enjoyable tour Accessible Package Holidays cannot accept responsibility for matters beyond our control.

If you have travelled by air, sea or overland with a third party, this travel is subject to the terms and conditions of the airline, shipping company or transport company providing the transport service. Should anyone encounter any problems whilst travelling with third-party transport Accessible Package Holidays cannot be held responsible.

Travel Insurance

While some travel and accident insurance is included in some tours as advertised, we advise you to take the appropriate travel insurance before you travel.

Pickup Points and Times

Please note that every endeavour will have been made by Accessible Package Holidays to make sure the transport service providers are at the designated pickup point and on time. Should you need to change the time or pickup point Accessible Package Holidays must be notified as soon as possible prior to the agreed pickup.

Please be at the designated pickup point on time as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or expense incurred.

Fitness to Travel

We strive to give all our customers full care and attention, but we do need to know at the time of booking if there are any special needs or requirements. We may, at our discretion require a person to withdraw from a tour or activity for safety reasons. If you intend to bring any specialised equipment with you, such as daily living aids, Accessible Package Holidays must be notified of this prior to your arrival.

Accessible Package Holidays cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your equipment.

If you have any medical conditions that may prevent you from fully participating in a tour or activity, then medical advice should be sought from your doctor prior to arrival.

Accessible Package Holidays cannot be held responsible for any personal injury you incur as a result of using a third-party service provider.

We may at our discretion require a person to withdraw from any tour if we deem their conduct to be offensive or to cause annoyance to other visitors and we shall have no further liability for the carriage of such visitors.

Accident or Loss

We accept no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employee’s negligence, in which case our liability is limited to a maximum of the tour cost.

Passports and Visas

It is your responsibility to make sure you have all the necessary valid passports and visas for entry to the destination country and all names on your passports and visas correspond with the names given to Accessible Package Holidays .

We cannot be held responsible should you be refused entry due to an oversight on your passport or Visa.
